Sian Midwinter MSc BSc Hons MCSP
Sian founded Midwinter Physiotherapy to deliver the level of care she believes people with complex needs deserve. The visionary and driving force behind the service, she leads with clinical expertise and an unwavering commitment to the community. With extensive experience in respiratory, learning disabilities and neurological physiotherapy, Sian is a recognised expert who presents at national conferences and advises ICBs on complex care. As a national trainer, she equips physiotherapy teams and healthcare professionals across the UK with the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional care.
Jenny Giddings BSc Hons MCSP
A highly skilled physiotherapist and part of our senior leadership team with extensive expertise in falls, frailty and long term conditions. Jenny heads up our Discharge to Assess contract and frailty services, and provides exceptional clinical oversight and leadership to ensure we grow the vision and help more people achieve their goals.
Christienne Jedlinski BSc Hons MCSP
Christienne works with adults with neurological conditions and learning disabilities, supporting mobility, agility, function and participation. She brings extensive experience in managing complex neurological conditions, case management and leading mixed therapy teams, and is the driving force behind our neurological service development. Known for clear clinical reasoning and a collaborative approach, she is passionate about pushing the boundaries of rehabilitation.
Kudzie Shoniwar BSc Hons MCSP
Kudzie brings experience across both NHS and private sectors. Clients describe him as encouraging, easy to talk to and committed to helping both patients and families understand their recovery journey. He is experienced in neurological and general rehabilitation and has great outcomes with his patients. A key member of the team, Kudzie also supports the leadership and development of our junior team members and students.
Oliver Couch BSc Hons MCSP
Ollie supports rehabilitation, mobility and functional recovery, with particular strength in adapting therapy to real-world environments. He plays a key role working with older adults and adults with learning disabilities, supports the development of our students and leads our falls class. Kind, compassionate and patient, Ollie is known for putting people at ease and building strong therapeutic relationships that help clients achieve their goals.
Kiri Hopson
Kiri is a chartered physiotherapist supporting clients across our rehabilitation services. She is experienced in discharge situations, combining occupational therapy and physiotherapy skills to support people safely home and back to independence. With a great understanding of older adults and adults with learning disabilities, Kiri brings a well-rounded, person-centred approach.
Maxine Colbourne
Maxine provides essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service. A long-standing member of the Evesham community, she is the glue that helps all our clinicians do what they do best — managing invoices and finances as well as diaries and client care. Warm, organised and committed to supporting both our team and the people we work with.
